SMS Education offer supply teaching service working across Yorkshire and the Humber. We offer short- and long-term supply cover for Science and Maths.
As director of the business, James McGough has been teaching for over 20 years, a classroom practitioner delivering outstanding lessons with extensive experience as a Science leader and faculty director. James ensures students of all abilities are stretched and challenged. He has a proven track record of raising attainment. James offers the commitment, energy and enthusiasm to operate successfully as a member of the team.
The decision to shift away from Leadership roles to regular supply teaching came from his passion for teaching Science and wanting to spend more time on that and less on administrative tasks!
We strive to achieve high quality delivery for all contracts. We are building our organisation with more like-minded teachers and teaching assistants.
